Minji studies the relationship between nuclear architecture and gene regulation in human and mouse cells by leveraging experimental techniques and developing computational algorithms. Her appointment at the University of Michigan will begin in January 2023 after she finishes her postdoctoral training at JAX. She welcomes individuals from any background to join her research group and become her friends (below).
